Ruben is a TVI and project manager at the Visio school in Amsterdam. He teaches digital literacy, ICT and woodworking to students ranging from 6 tot 18 years old. His main goal is to implement new technologies and innovations in the classroom to improve the accessibility for VI-learners.
Ruben is one of the leads of the Visio 3D team and The Education lab working on several projects like the Braillebox, an accessible ruler and “Insight”. Using new and innovative production and design techniques to create effective and accessible materials for blind and low vision students.
