Constitution SPEVI Australia
SPEVI Inc is an Association incorporated under the laws of NSW, Australia – Registration number INC9889733, and is the holder of ABN 44 545 374 588 registered on 2nd March 2022.

The original SPEVI Constitution was unanimously adopted by members during the 2015/16 Annual General Meeting. The Constitution has been lodged with the New South Wales Office of Fair Trading, in accordance with the requirements of incorporation.
Changes to the Constitution, as proposed by the Committee of management, were unanimously approved by members during the June 2022 AGM. The New South Wales Office of Fair Trading has advised that these changes have been registered. The Revised Constitution is effective from 27 July 2022.
